ANSS is not a standard security company. ANSS is an elite High-Level Security Agency and a high-end provider of tactical security services. ANSS is a specialised Security Agency that deals directly with complex and problematical security matters which cannot be managed nor risked by using a basic or standard security company. It is for this reason, our personnel are selected specifically based on their current levels of training and experience. ANSS DOES NOT AND WILL NOT use any person with little or no security training so as to protect our clients and corporations worth millions in net value. As we are receiving a large number of enquiries from security personnel of whom do not have sufficient  high level security training or experience and are still wanting to become an operative of our organisation, we have now opened positions for these personnel to join our Support Security Unit or SSU.

The SSU is a unit which provides SUPPORT SECURITY to our CPP, SOU and Tactical Security Units when involved in Special Operations in Australia and Overseas. Once you have acquired the required level of operational experience with the Support Security Unit, you will then be offered positions in one of our Tactical Security Units.

To become a member of the ANSS SSU with possible future inclusion into one of our Tactical Security Units, applicants must comprise of these minimal requirements:

	Minimum of 3 years experience in Operational Duties		Able to obtain a Federal Police Clearance
	Must have completed a minimum Certificate III in Security Training		Must hold a current Security License & Drivers Licence
	Must be able to be deployed on international operations		Must hold current 'Australian' Passport

Preferred:

	Some CPP (Bodyguard) Special Operations, Tactical Operations and similar other
	Surveillance Experience
	Electronics Experience
	International Experience
	Supervisory / management / team leader experience
	Completed Training with Paragon Training

Training

ANSS has undertaken significant research into which Australian based company actually has experience to properly train security personnel to our required level of training as well as provide our teams and units with refresher training so as they remain trained at the highest levels.

After much consideration and examination, we have selected the company Paragon Training as our chosen security training provider as we have determined that the levels of training provided by Paragon are of the highest quality we have currently found to date in Australia.

We now advise that any persons who successfully completes or has completed training with Paragon will immediately receive preference into the ANSS SSU.

All other persons who have NOT completed training with Paragon, your application will be accessed individually and certified on the training they have completed along with the company they have acquired the training with, together with the experience they have acquired.
